Full Service: Single Axle - £200 twin Axle - £220
A full service involves checking the condition of the following - chassis & running gear (includes brakes & wheels), electrical, gas (testing included with inspection), water systems, ventilation, fire & safety, bodywork & trims and a full damp report. Please refer to notes below.
Habitation Check: £180
Includes general interior inspection, electrical & gas appliance tests, operation of doors, cupboards, windows, fly-screens, blinds, damp inspection & report , gas safety test. Please refer to notes below.
Chassis & Running Gear Service: Single Axle - £120 Twin Axle - £140
Inspection of caravan chassis, brakes, tyres, corner steadies, 12n & 12s plugs & cables, wheels, wheel bearings & hubs, hitch damper etc Please refer to notes below.
Gas Test: £140
Includes a gas safety certificate.
Full Damp Inspection: £110
Every aspect of the interior damp checked. (£10 extra for a written damp report)
Damp Repairs:
Prices vary depending on extent. We will initially give you an approximate price range. It is important to realise that a damp inspection highlights that you have damp, it is only when the caravan is stripped that the full extent can be seen. At this stage we will be in a better position to cost the repairs. You will be kept updated on progress & photographs will be sent if appropriate.
CRiS Total Loss Re-Registration Inspection: £205 (£180 Inspection Fee £25 CRiS Fee)
If your caravan has been written off with a Cat S (formally C) or Cat N (formally D) we are able to carry out the above inspection and take the necessary steps to get it re-registered providing everything is ok with your caravan. Please ask for additional notes regarding this.
Floor Delamination: £140
Price includes one kit. Customer will be advised at the time of the approximate number of kits required. Should the number be greatly increased the customer will be informed.
Motor Mover Fitting:
Prices vary depending on brand and axle.
Alde Coolant Change: £200
Price includes system drained of old fluid, flushed and filled with new Alde 5 year warranty fluid.
Please note:
Alko one shot wheel nuts are the only part included in the price of full services and chassis & running gear service. Anything found to be faulty will be reported to the customer and rectified (if possible) on the day or a suitable second appointment will be made. However, it is important to note that Caravan Servicing NI will always leave all caravans roadworthy and safe which means we will, if necessary, change hitch pads, breakaway cable, gas regulator, hose etc. All additional parts will be costed and itemised for customer inspection. There is 6 months warranty on all repairs.
Motor Movers and non - standard modifications are not part of the service. These can however, be included & may incur an additional fee, please advise at time of booking.
An in-depth service individual appliances, such as the fridge, cooker etc is not included in a full service or habitation check, they are just tested to see that they function. Should you require an individual appliance or all appliances serviced please let us know at the time of booking. (Appliances can be serviced alone without your caravan getting serviced.)
